You are a professional grifter, that is why the VA administration is looking into your relationship with the disabled vet..

you are not a paid caregiver you're living off of his benefits and living in his home. You will be exposed no need to threaten anyone when you are in the wrong.

You've neglected to tell the truth. You came in $16000 short of what you needed to bring to the closing table and everyone participated in helping the disabled vet close on his home.

We paid for an airbnb which you committed theft from the property, stayed longer than you were allowed. We are now going to pursue action due to your lies and defamation.

You have also extorted money with your demands which is also in writing. You have a daughter in jail and you are not an upstanding citizen who portrays herself as a caregiver for a disabled veteran that you are taking advantage of and you are being investigat it by the veterans administration

Tom Beerley of KellerWilliams 400 Arcola Rd Ste A5, Collegeville PA 610-792-****, was the respersentative in my area that 72SOLD sent to me when I only wanted information. 1st he underpriced my house, 2nd he lied about his method of listing, 3rd we agreed on one thing but he maneuvered the contract to benefit himself. Especially if you're person of color of up there in age (63)beware!!!

Cons:
  • Against people of age 63
  • Is not working in your best interest
  • Against people of color

Preferred solution: Out of this contract

Warning consumers

I was an agent for 72/sold. This place is a scam.

Do not use them. Most of the agents dont know what they are doing and they go on listing appts with a script. They will underprice your house to sell to one of their investors and take both sides of the deal. Its a plan.

I bought the leads, but didnt use their stupid script. Stay away from Greg Hague and 72 Sold

I'm a 100% disabled Veteran.This Realtor messed everything up with her lies and manipulation and almost left me homeless. She has failed to do anything she's said and does not deserve any credit. I feel she is a snake out to get anyone she can!

We were told that they sell houses at prior 3 months value.

I was told they sell at prior 3 months prices told them what I wanted out of my house. I was told they could do it.

I was told that they were going to put into their private market first. Now with " No takers I was told we were going normal market. 3 days later oh I think you should lower price. I said no.

We were told that they were going to do open houses to group people together. Then it started out as we have a person that would like to see the house can we show it. No one showed up to be with the person looking at the house. I showed the house.

Long story short, we never had an open house and I showed the house more times than they did. I said the appliances that were in the house were going with us. Because of being the last gifts my mom gave us before taking her eternal sleep. We ended up selling way less than we wanted, and they included the appliances in the sale.

We were also told since we lowered the price that to help us out they would take less than the 5% that was quoted. Once again big lie they took the whole 5%.

There are other things but too many to add here. Took longer than the time frame I was told to sell my house.

That is how real estate works. It's not a 72sold thing, you just had less interest in your house so you had to do price drops.

You also shouldn't expect any realtor to pack up your personal items. If you leave appliances in there, they are going with the house.

When the commercial comes on….

Greg Hague is annoying, so when the commercial comes on I immediately turn it. They would have a much better response if you had someone different that doesn't flap their arms around like a drunken bat.

2 weeks of waisting my time. All for nothing.

They talk a good game. They dont listen. They argue with you. Never return calls or text.

They showed my home between 11am and 12:30 by appointment on on 1 Saturday. And blocked everything before and after that so none else could see it. When I asked about it they said I requested it. That was a flat out lie!

I told them I wanted things to convey with my home and they flat out refused to put it in the listing. When I asked I was told it was a bargaining tool! I told them to just put it in there. After they held their 2 hour open house, that when you leave your home and realtors are showing it.

You would think that they would be watching people. Not this case. My blinds were all either open or closed. Things in my home were moved.

I even told them that my tortoise was off limits and do not disturb her. Someone tried feeding her!!!

I ended up firing them.

Stay far away from them. They are very shady!

Lots of hype. No results as promised.

Very friendly on phone. Once in told us price we should ask and then expect multiple offers.

Scam! Within a week said our price too high. They set it. Then nothing again.

All bluff and bluster to get your business for higher than average commission. Stay far far away.

Don’t believe there advertising!

They advertise that theyre going to give you a value for your house just give them your address. After you do that they have someone else text you that they need to do a 15 minute walk around.

Theyve already asked you the questions about the house so its a scam to do a walk around and get in the house to try to get a listing for the house.

I asked them not to contact me any longer. I can go elsewhere and pay less commission.

Sick of these spots

Please get rid of that crusty dusty blonde lady who is in these commercials. The old guy was a lot but watching her and listening to her shrill irritating voice makes me want to put my head in a bucket of flaming hot dog turds. She is so annoying!

Poor service/ claimed that they could way more than they could.

They told us that they could get WAY more than it was worth, they left the home unlocked twice, the alarm went off and the police were called. I have no idea why they havent been sued for false advertising. We had a party come look at it for the second time, the guy that came to open it up for them looked very under dressed to sell a multimillion dollar home, he looked like he was on the way to the gym.

Very unprofessional!!!

SCAMMERS -DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. 72 Sold has a TV ad saying they will buy your home, but when they show up they want you to list your home with them.

Not as advertised

I went with 72Sold based on advertising. I had heard a couple of positive things but primarily their advertising.

At present my house has been on market for about 30 days. Realtor said they dont put up signs or do open houses. We priced home at their recommendation, lowered price at their recommendation, nothing happened, I had to insist on two open houses to get any interest at all but no sales have occurred.

Because of the market cool off their advertising still reflects only positive sales and not reality. Greg Hauge needs to be more realistic in his promotional ads and his contracted realtors need to be more willing to be more aggressive in promoting customers homes without customer having to insist on it.

Unprofessional, rude, harrasment

Horrible experience.

I was in the mortgage business for 20 years.

The man I dealt with was rude, disrespectful and constantly talked down to me.

He sent me an text after meeting with my brother. He thought he was addressing my other brother and joked about what an idiot I was thinking I knew the housing market.

When I told him he sent the text to me, and we were not interested in his services and were staying with our realtor, he apologized and then continued to put me down and speak rudely to me.

I had to block his number to get him to stop harassing me.

The most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.

He even called our realtor without our permission or knowledge
