Horrible company and a complete scam

We hired them to sell our home in Scottsdale. The owner, who does the commercials spoke with me on the phone and gave me a huge marketing overview.

They were saying then that they could sell our home in 72 hours, hence the name.

Now it's 8 days. It keeps going up because their concept they sell is a scam.

They did nothing that the marketing concept states, they overpriced our home, no one looked at the home.

We fired them quickly and got a real realtor and we sold the house fast.

Do not get involved with this company.

Regarding setting your own appointments, if you didn't sign up for the appointment-setting program, it's expected that you would handle setting appointments when sellers inquired directly. Since our launch at the beginning of 2023, we've encountered various inquiries, including those just seeking information. We've provided comprehensive talk tracks to assist in handling objections, and we hope you were able to participate in our training sessions to benefit from this guidance. Most agents who had these objections were able to convert these into closings as they continued to follow up!

Total Scam

There "program" for agents is beyond misleading. They presented a "double vetted process" where agents buy an "appointment".

This is not the case. They don't scrub the leads. There is no vetting process. The "apoointments" are actually just *** leads.

The majority of the customer info is fake. Out of my first 4 *** "leads", one just wanted to get home value. The second was another broker wanting to understand the process. The third wasn't a seller and they couldn't qualify as a buyer.

The fourth was a father wanting info for his son. Out of the 4 total, 3 requested to be removed from further contact. Tried to cancel before my 10 day trial via email but it took them 4 business days to respond. $199 startup is gone.

$1500 marketing is gone. Canceled as soon as I could get ahold of someone. Others in my office have similar experiences. They have cancelled as well.

Scam.

Deceptive advertising

Advertising may suggest that pigs can in fact fly, in reality pigs wallow. They wallow in the mud and pig *** If you wish to get jacked around by desperate agents who probably should get out and take a job with TSA or an Amazon fulfillment center, well 72 Sold is right for you.

Confused customer

I contact 72sold on a Thursday. Someone contacted me on Friday and set a time to see the house on Saturday (Andrea).

She then changed the time 3 times on Friday. Friday afternoon I put together a listing on mls that showed the house going back on the market the FOLLOWING TUESDAY. She contact me Saturday she contacted me a few hours before the appointment and canceled and said that it was because the house is back on the market. I texted her back stating that its not going back on the market until Tuesday as a back up plan if I didnt like her offer and she never replied back.

So they canceled an appointment because I was possibly going to relist it several days after our appointment. They claim to give you an offer on the spot so I dont understand why they canceled.

You may not have know the impact on your Agent stating that you plan to ReList shortly after the showing .. ?

In selling real estate time is needed I would has suggested that you run with 72 SHowed for at lease 3 to4 weeks..

In my area the average time for Listing can easily be six MONTHS.. Try that again ..

the agent said that 72sold would only give me a low ball number so I was better using her. this was in lass vegas nv.

My husband has sent the realtor a email no response in days. We are in the dark and wish we never went with this company.

They do not do what they say.

Had showing told they had people but two time no one came. Can't wait to be done with them.!!!

Contacted 72 sold for a total of two months the person that was supposed to meet me at my property to take a look at it had someone reschedule for them four times.

Contacted 72 sold theyre all nice and pleasant and happy on the phone schedule your appointment my particular appointments were constantly changed rescheduled for different times weeks apart so the final time I told the person that was calling for the person that was to meet me at my property I said tell him to forget about it Ill go somewhere else.

Bad company and agents

In my opinion, I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Steer clear of company, very unhappy with our service and the way things were handled.

Totally misrepresented

They advertise that they are not a traditional real estate company, but that is exactly. While they have a slightly lower commission rate they are just exactly like all the other agencies.

We were quoted a price range that our house would be listed for. The agent tried to list it in the middle to get a quick sale.

Do not use this company. They do not keep track of their sub realtor companies. I would rather have a Colonoscopy without sedation than go through this process again.

Lack of communication.

Having our agent dissappear, without any call from the broker or agency he worked for.

Having our closing date continously change. 14 day continously changing.

Having to call title,brokerage,and buyers agent to find out what is going on.

Refusal to give us information or broker phone number to find out who ,or if we have an agent.

Completely unprofessional, and improper treatment.

This is Bait & Switch Company - Run!!

They used old photos, plagiarized remarks from previous agent's listing, did not market as promised.

User's recommendation: Do not sign with this company. They promise the world and deliver nothing. Their extraordinarily high cancellation rate speaks for itself with so many dissatisfied customers.

The Realator said my type of house in this market was not what people were looking for. They seem to make a lot of false advertising.

List low is were they get their o I sold my house more than than listing. Beware of this.
